Trusted Cleaner, the new rogue making you think it’s Google

      June 17th, 2006 by AndyAtHull

I’m not the first to report in this. And will not be the last. Infact this was reported by BleepingComputer early in the month.

Yes, I am a tad slow. Fear no more, I am back to full speed. Wether that is a good or bad thing! Now where is my Stapler.

This new application is as false as Titan Shield, SpywareStrike and well the list continues. It uses trojans to display fake warnings that act as a goad to make you purchase the full commercial version of its software.

      Trusted Cleaner

Not to mention it uses a fake Google page. No point in showing an image as you all know what google looks like.

This program is a fake, and if you have accidently had it on your system. We are happy to assist you in our Forum where all help is free!

Well Google is bad enough on its own without a fake on doing the rounds but as google is the most popular search Engine it was bound to happen
